A common question from many of our customers. Today we’re introducing a brand new and incredibly useful tool to our customers for tracking of their orders while en-route. Simply visit http://www.pressure-pro.com/tracking, select your shipping method, and type in the tracking number found on the bottom of your invoice. You’ll be taken to the shipper’s tracking page to view the status of your order and sign up for email notifications to track the progress of your order.

To gain further insight into your shipments, don’t forget to sign up for our UPS email notifications. These automatic notifications are sent in real time as your order is processed, and contain a wealth of useful information for you, the customer, including who handled your order, an estimated delivery date, and most importantly, the tracking link taking you directly to ups.com.

Pressure-Pro, Inc. is excited to announce a new service for our customers: emailed and  faxed order confirmations, invoices, and statements. By moving away from paper-based communications to email and fax communications we can now offer:

• automatic or batch sales order confirmations
• same or next-day invoicing via email or fax vs. USPS allowing your business to speed up your own billing and payment cycles.
• statements can now be sent via email and saved for record-keeping purposes

If you do not have a business email account already, free email accounts are available through your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or through web-based email services such as Google’s Gmail (http://www.gmail.com), Microsoft Hotmail (http://www.hotmail.com) or  Yahoo! Mail (http://mail.yahoo.com/). Documents will appear as file attachments in the  .pdf format, which can be viewed using several free applications, such as Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/) or Foxit Reader (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/products/reader/)

Our Find A Dealer and Contact Us pages are designed for the end-user and our customers, respectively. End-users can fill out our Find A Dealer form and be contacted with a list of nearby dealers and distributors, and customers and potentials customers can use the Contact Us form so a Pressure Pro can follow up on any comments or inquiries.

In addition, we’re introducing our Pressure-Pro Company Newsletter: A monthly newsletter containing useful and informative articles as well as our monthly product specials. Don’t forget to sign up!
