New Service for Our Customers

Pressure-Pro, Inc. is excited to announce a new service for our customers: emailed and  faxed order confirmations, invoices, and statements. By moving away from paper-based communications to email and fax communications we can now offer:

  • automatic or batch sales order confirmations
  • same or next-day invoicing via email or fax vs. USPS allowing your business to speed up your own billing and payment cycles.
  • statements can now be sent via email and saved for record-keeping purposes

If you do not have a business email account already, free email accounts are available through your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or through web-based email services such as Google’s Gmail (, Microsoft Hotmail ( or  Yahoo! Mail ( Documents will appear as file attachments in the  .pdf format, which can be viewed using several free applications, such as Adobe Reader ( or Foxit Reader (

What To Expect:

Sales Orders and Quotes

  • sales orders and quotes are sent from the customer service department and replies can be sent directly to them in case of questions or comments
  • confirmations can be sent out as a daily batch or on a per-document basis


  • invoices are sent from

  • shipping notifications for UPS and LTL shipments
  • the domain will need to be white-listed by your email system.speak with your IT department for details or email for assistance
  • a working fax number
  • preferred method of communication (email or fax)
